The place was fairly clean with free parking and a lovely bed. The hotel was just a short walk from the beach and quite a walk from Santa Maria.

We loved that the hotel was just a short walk from beautiful beaches and charming shops. The selection at breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options. Plus, the staff were always friendly.
One downside was the pool area, quite crowded at times, making it hard to find a relaxing spot.

More than expected!
General information: This hotel was excellent! the service was A+, the food was A++, and the amenities were amazing! Location and surroundings: Location was great, a 2 minute walk to the beach and shops all around. Not in the main land cities, but great for the outskirts. The only info I wish we had was, most shops are closed until 1 May, but there was still plenty to do in April as well. Service: The service was superb! Everyone was very helpful. Even was offered a cold breakfast at 0430, before departing! staff understood at least 3-4 languages. All inclusive was worth it! And the staff was helpful in planning day trips.. Dining: Each meal was better than expected! buffet bar had multiple cultural food at every sitting. The bar service was wonderful during evening shows and while lounging at the pools. Also, was very grateful for the sandwiches, pastries, ice-cream, snacks, and drinks outside of the meal times for the all inclusive guests! amazing! Sports and leisure: The hotel had planned activities daily for families and kids club. Unfortunately, the kids club director was sick for daytime activities for the children, but the staff stepped in and ensured the children had things to do. We were even given suggestions of family things to do on the island when we wanted to venture off, AND They booked excursions for us! every night there was a kids disco dance and then either a family entertainment show or game to enjoy! LOVED THIS, and it was unexpected! Room: we had the family room, which entailed 2 rooms with double beds, a couch, each with its own bathroom and balcony; the rooms were connected with a door if you wanted privacy. the view of the ocean was awesome too! Useful tips: most of the island is goes Live on 1 May, but it is still nice in the off season. We arrived at 0830, they put our bags in holding for us, checked us in, and let us go eat breakfast, and our room was ready before 1000. I can't say enough great things about the service and amenities! My 4 year old did not want to leave!

The cleaning staff was diligent and attentive.
The misleading information on their website regarding the toddler indoor room was a significant issue since it was closed . We also faced confusion with meal times that were advertised incorrectly, leading to delays, made it difficult for our infant's schedule. The noise from entertainment activities running until 23:00 made it impossible for our child to nap peacefully, disappointing.

We had a Double Room with Balcony on the 3rd floor, and it was pretty comfy for the three of us. The balcony door blocked out the street music at night, so we slept well. The room was clean and tidied daily, though it was a bit small for three. The beds were comfy, even for our big teenage son! The view was nice, and we had a fridge for drinks. Wi-Fi was solid too, great for streaming.

Amazing staff and food choices!
The bar staff were super friendly, and we even tried a few cocktails by the pool. The buffet had tons of options, and I loved the special diet menus they offered. Just fyi, the walls between rooms were kinda thin, so we heard a bit of chatter from neighbors sometimes.

Recommend it for families with children
The hotel was super clean and our room was cleaned well every day, and the pool area was nice with enough sun beds even during busy times. One staff member at the restaurant even offered to prepare special meals for the kids.
It wasn't a bargain, but it was still acceptable.

Lekker stay in Sa Coma 🌞
The staff were super friendly, always making me feel welcome. The pool area was fantastic, and the food at the buffet was fresh and varied each day. Loved how clean and modern my room was, with a comfy bed for a good night's sleep!
A bit noisy at night from the entertainment, but nothing too crazy.
